Millennium Medical Group

We are a national practice of Neonatologists, Pediatric Specialists that take care of newborn babies with extra needs. Our physicians are board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Our mission includes the three major principles guiding our company: Excellence: We provide family-centered, compassionate care using evidence-based principles, with constant quality assurance and improvement. Teamwork: We lead by example at the vanguard of a multidisciplinary NICU team, encouraging collegiality and appreciation of each member's skills. ​​ Citizenship: We serve the communities our hospital partners serve as well as being active participants of the medical staff.​​ Our model stands in contrast to many of the larger practice management groups in neonatology in one key way: we have not forgotten that the practice of medicine is not shift work, and that our patients and families expect their doctors to provide consistent, continuous care.
